What You’ll Do

  • Enable & Empower Partners: Deliver engaging technical training, workshops and enablement sessions that help MSP partners build confidence in Mimecast solutions and strengthen their technical capabilities.
  • Bring Solutions to Life: Support partners in developing self-serve demo capabilities and delivering impactful product demonstrations that showcase the value of Mimecast to customers.
  • Drive Technical Pre-Sales Success: Partner closely with sales teams to provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, including solution design, proof-of-concept initiatives and technical discovery conversations.
  • Become a Trusted Technical Advisor: Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders across strategic MSP partners, acting as a go-to expert and advocate for partner success.
  • Align Technology with Business Goals: Work collaboratively with partner teams to align technical strategies and initiatives with broader business objectives and growth plans.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a bridge between MSP partners and internal product, engineering and support teams to ensure partner needs are understood and supported.
  • Create Meaningful Impact: Help improve enablement resources, technical content and partner tools that support adoption, engagement and long-term success.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sales engineering - ideally within MSP or cybersecurity environments.
  • Proven track record in technical enablement: designing and delivering engaging training programs, workshops, and enablement content at scale.
  • Deep expertise in pre-sales technical support: POC delivery, solution architecture design, and handling complex technical objections with confidence.
  • Strong content development skills - you can turn complex technical concepts into compelling, digestible materials that drive partner action.
  • A natural technical advocate - you inspire confidence in partners, translating product capabilities into business value that resonates.
  • Hands-on proficiency with demo platforms, technical enablement tools, and CRM systems.
  • Experience working with MSPs or channel partners in a technical capacity.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

The OTE salary range for this position is £88,000−£110,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
