GTM Systems Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a
GTM Systems Manager to own and administer the core revenue intelligence platform that powers our go-to-market organization.
This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations and GTM Systems, with primary ownership of
- Gong
- (including Forecasting, Engage, and Conversational Intelligence),
- Linked In Sales Navigator and Kernel . The ideal candidate is passionate about applying
AI within the broader GTM tech stack and is excited to lead a small team responsible for data quality and completeness across our systems.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who understands both the technical administration of GTM tools and the strategic value they unlock for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
What You'll Do
- Platform Administration & Optimization
- Serve as the primary system owner for Gong, managing strategy, configuration, integrations, and platform health across
Forecasting, Engage, and Conversational Intelligence modules.
- Own the end-to-end administration of
Linked In Sales Navigator , including license management, integration with CRM, and adoption tracking.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize platform workflows to ensure GTM teams are extracting maximum value from Gong and adjacent tools.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, manage vendor relationships, and act as the primary escalation point for Gong- and Sales Navigator-related requests.
- AI & GTM Tech Stack Innovation
- Champion the adoption of
AI-driven capabilities across the GTM tech stack, including AI features within Gong (e. g., forecasting models, conversation intelligence insights, deal risk signals) and other GTM tools.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve rep productivity, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline visibility.
- Stay current on emerging AI capabilities within the revenue intelligence and sales engagement space, and make recommendations for adoption.
- Team Leadership & Data Governance
- Manage and provide oversight to a team responsible for data quality across GTM systems core CRM (SFDC).
- Establish and enforce data governance standards, ensuring accurate, consistent, and complete data flows between Gong, CRM, and other GTM tools.
- Develop processes and dashboards to monitor data hygiene, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- Vendor manage Kernel our AI partner for data accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with the global
GTM Systems team to align on architecture, integrations, and system roadmap.
- Collaborate with
Revenue Operations to ensure Gong and Sales Navigator data supports forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting needs.
- Work with Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows.
- Support onboarding, training, and enablement efforts to drive adoption and best-practice usage of Gong and Sales Navigator.
- What You'll Bring
Required
Hands-on experience administering
Gong , including familiarity with Forecasting, Engage, and Conversational Intelligence modules.
- Experience managing
Linked In Sales Navigator or similar sales engagement/prospecting tools.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in applying
AI tools and capabilities within a GTM or sales technology environment.
- Prior experience leading, managing, or mentoring a small team, ideally with a focus on data quality, data operations, or systems administration.
- Strong understanding of GTM workflows, including sales process, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Experience working within a global, cross-functional Rev Ops or GTM Systems team structure.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for data accuracy and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical system concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with CRM platforms (e. g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and their integration with Gong.

The base salary range for this position is £60,000−£90,000 plus benefits.
This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role.
The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
