Senior Engineer Strategic Initiatives (R experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, and modern delivery toolchains.
Working knowledge of secure development practices and the ability to integrate security considerations into tooling and architectural patterns.
Full‑spectrum engineering background across multiple disciplines (QA, tooling, platform, application development).
Strong communication and facilitation skills; comfortable explaining technical work and collaborating across teams.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing demands, and drive initiatives forward without close direction.
Evidence of initiative and impact beyond immediate team responsibilities.
Qualifications Mid‑to‑senior level engineering experience with evidence of growing scope and initiative.
Experience in cybersecurity, email security, or adjacent enterprise Saa S domains preferred.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, retrieval‑augmented generation, and agent orchestration frameworks, is valuable but can be developed in‑role.
Prior experience in a developer enablement, developer experience, internal tools, or platform engineering function preferred.
Experience contributing to internal tooling, shared engineering infrastructure, or developer‑facing platforms that serve a broad engineering organization is a plus.
Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position is £80,000–£120,000, plus benefits.
The range represents minimum and maximum new‑hire compensation for this role and may be augmented with incentive plans and additional benefits in accordance with company policy and local regulations.
