Overview

As the EMEA BDR Enablement Manager, you will drive how our Business Development Representatives ramp, learn, and win—turning first calls into a lasting pipeline.

You will coach, build programs from scratch, and influence every deal our BDRs create.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the onboarding experience for new BDRs, including role plays, certifications, product demos, and ongoing training on sales methodologies, cold calling, and objection handling.
  • Provide regular call coaching, give feedback, conduct skills assessments, and run workshops on advanced sales skills and product positioning.
  • Create, maintain, and audit enablement content such as playbooks, scripts, objection guides, and demo frameworks, ensuring alignment with feedback and performance data.
  • Partner with BDR managers, Product Marketing, and Sales Ops to translate product updates and campaigns into BDR‑ready resources that support GTM goals.
  • Track enablement impact—ramp time, productivity, adoption metrics—and use data to identify skill gaps and design targeted interventions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in BDR/SDR enablement, sales management, or senior BDR/SDR roles, preferably within Saa S or cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver onboarding/training programs.
  • Strong understanding of BDR workflows, sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.), and sales methodologies (e. g., MEDDPICC, Challenger).
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics to improve enablement effectiveness.
  • Technical acumen in cybersecurity or Saa S.
  • Experience with enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, etc.) and familiarity with pipeline metrics and sales process optimization.

Compensation

Base salary range: £60,000–£90,000 plus benefits.

The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits in accordance with company policy and local regulations.
