Based in London with hybrid working, you’ll shape organisation design, talent plans and reward decisions across Europe, balancing global standards with local needs.
You’ll partner directly with the SVP Europe GTM, drive headcount governance, and lead complex employee relations, change programmes and performance initiatives in multiple countries.
