Mimecast is seeking a Customer Value Manager in the UK to act as a trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of mid-market customers. You will drive adoption, map usage to outcomes, and protect renewals while collaborating with an Account Manager and Renewals Manager.
You’ll own adoption metrics, communicate value at executive level, and deliver business reviews that translate platform capabilities into measurable security outcomes for customers.
