Mimecast is seeking a BDR Enablement Manager to drive onboarding, coaching, and content development for our EMEA BDR teams.

You will build scalable programs, craft playbooks, and deliver training that accelerates ramp and improves win rates.

You’ll report to the EMEA Director - BDR with dotted line to Global Sales Enablement, collaborating across marketing and ops to align enablement with GTM goals and product updates.
