Milwaukee Field Sales and Marketing Executive Opportunities (FME) - Milwaukee, TTI's flagship brand, is more than power tools. It is the number one professional power‐tool brand worldwide, offering a full range of pioneering solutions including lighting, storage, PPE, workwear, hand tools and accessories. Our relentless quest for innovation, continual growth and sustainability drive us to transform the industry. This spring, we are looking for positive, motivated and practically‐minded graduates to begin their development journey as field‐based FMEs covering a region and a diverse portfolio of accounts.

Location & Travel

Two roles for FMEs cover Milwaukee territories within the West Midlands. An ideal home base could be Birmingham or Stoke/Stafford, but this is not essential. You will normally be expected to travel within one and a half hours from your home base, so must be suitably located to achieve this.

What you will do

As a brand ambassador and face of Milwaukee, you will cover one of our UK territories, managing around 120 accounts each month across all key channels and customers. You will organise your own time and schedules, support stakeholders, conduct demonstrations, deliver high‐impact merchandising, and support major events, exhibitions and conferences to build and foster customer relationships, grow sales, educate stakeholders and develop positive brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for confident, influential communicators and relationship builders, self‐motivated to develop a pride and passion for our brand, display a positive can‐do attitude, and take a hands‐on, organised and practical approach.
  • We value resilience to achieve results and the ability to thrive within a multi‐functional team.
  • You will also need to be a recent graduate in any subject with a 2:2 or above (you must have graduated or have written and approved confirmation of your degree grade for firm offers to be made).
  • Entitled to drive in the UK with a full driving licence (including manual vehicles) and no more than 3 points on your licence.
  • Entitled to work in the UK on a full‐time, permanent basis.
  • Living within your chosen region or prepared to relocate.
  • Able to attend a 1.5 day in‐person Assessment Centre on the 12th and 13th of May 2026.
  • Able to start the role on either the 1st of June or the 6th of July 2026 (if you are unable to start by then, you can register your interest for future campaigns).
