Location: Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Part time, term time (7 hours and 5 minutes a week, Monday – Friday, 1 hour 25 minutes each day)

Salary: £4,085.28

Start Date: 23rd February 2026

Responsibilities

A Lunchtime Supervisor is responsible for supporting children in the dining areas and playground during school lunchtimes. You’ll support the school with the safety, welfare and behaviour of children and help the children with dining and social skills, ensuring a positive and safe play experience.

Qualifications & Experience

We’re looking for people who can use their existing lived or work experience to play a vital role in helping our children thrive and make a meaningful impact on children’s lives. Experience in childcare, education or a related field is desirable, as is a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
