If you have energy, kindness, patience and enthusiasm, we can offer you an exciting opportunity where you can truly make a difference each day.

The successful candidate will:

  • be committed to inclusion, high expectations and raising standards;
  • be excellent communicators with good organisational and personal skills;
  • be enthusiastic about contributing to the wider life of the school.

In return we can offer you:

  • opportunities for professional growth both within the school and the wider Greensand Multi Academy Trust;
  • an excellent staff assistance scheme with access to a range of wellbeing and health initiatives, including complimentary counselling, physiotherapy and a 24-hour online GP service;
  • access to a Greensand My Staff Shop offering a range of hospitality, retail and leisure discounts, including a cycle to work scheme;
  • membership of a generous Local Government Pension Scheme.

Working pattern will be Monday to Friday from 8.45am - 3.30pm, 31.25 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks pa).

Further information about the school can be found on our website. Closing date for applications is Monday 27 September 2026 at 9am. Applications will be considered upon receipt, and we reserve the right to appoint someone sooner than this if we identify a suitable candidate.

We want to attract the broadest range of talented people to be part of our Trust. We strive to create a diverse and inclusive environment and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If you need any specific support or require alternative formats, please contact us.

Greensand Multi Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the successful candidate will be required to have an enhanced DBS check and an overseas criminal records check if you have lived or worked outside the UK within the last 10 years.
