Role Responsibilities
- Provide effective, efficient and customer‑focused support to the Temporary Accommodation Team.
- Assist with the management of temporary accommodation by offering clear advice on housing solutions.
- Support colleagues with placing households into temporary accommodation and explain the different types of licences and non‑secure tenancies.
- Keep accurate records, monitor mailboxes, handle calls and help manage first‑contact enquiries, including repairs, access and utilities.
- Liaise with landlords and letting agents to support the smooth running of the service.
- Manage enquiries coming into the team and support colleagues with visits when required.
