As part of our Adult Social Care service, your work will directly help vulnerable residents live more comfortably and with dignity. You’ll be joining a supportive team that values your contribution and helps you grow. Training will be provided to help you carry out your duties safely and confidently. This is a Site-Based role. Interview for this role will be held on 29 July.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collect and deliver laundry to service users in a timely, respectful and safe way.
- Keep accurate records about the vehicle and maintain it to a good standard.
- Follow relevant policies and procedures at all times.
- Build and maintain great relationships with service users and colleagues.
- Represent Milton Keynes City Council in a positive and professional way.
- Work with external contractors to arrange vehicle maintenance when needed.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need a full UK driving licence. If you’re offered the position, we’ll ask for proof of your licence. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to confirm your appointment without this document. If you are offered the role, we will carry out a Basic DBS check.
