Milton Keynes College is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Inclusion Practitioner to join our Prison Education team at HMP Fosse Way.
This is your chance to make a real and lasting difference by empowering learners, building confidence and helping individuals unlock their potential through education.
As an Inclusion Practitioner, you will deliver engaging, tailored learning support to small groups and on a one-to-one basis, taking a holistic approach to identifying individual learning needs and developing essential skills. With a strong focus on Maths, English and employability, you will help students overcome barriers to learning, achieve their goals and develop the skills they need for a brighter future.
We're looking for someone who is creative, compassionate and enthusiastic about helping others succeed. You'll bring a positive, empathetic approach, using your knowledge, guidance and encouragement to inspire learners, build their confidence and support their personal development. Through effective target setting and personalised support, you'll help every student take meaningful steps towards achieving their potential.
Working across the prison estate, including all wings where education is delivered, you'll play a vital role in making learning accessible, inclusive and rewarding for students from a wide range of backgrounds and with diverse needs.
If you're passionate about inclusion, believe in the power of education to change lives, and want to make a genuine impact every day, we'd love to hear from you!
