Do you want to be part of developing the future of the Motor Vehicle industry? MK College Motor Vehicle department has newly refurbished workshop space with plentiful industry-standard equipment and tooling, based at our Bletchley Campus.

As Programme Manager, your role will be dynamic, varied and highly rewarding working with employers and curriculum teams. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Motor Vehicle provision, including line management of the team, and working closely with your team and the Head of School to develop an innovative curriculum.

Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day running of the Motor Vehicle provision, including line management of the team.
  • Collaboration with employers and curriculum teams to develop high-quality, innovative curriculum that meets employer needs and delivers quality outcomes for students.
  • Support and encourage colleagues, acting as direct support to the Head of School.
