HMP Elmley is seeking a creative and inspiring Lecturer to join the prison based Education Team on an occasional basis. The role involves delivering engaging classes to learners who are based within the prison, supporting them to achieve success, guiding them through the courses, and helping them obtain qualifications and confidence for employment upon release or other educational pathways. The position offers flexible, ad hoc working hours and is an opportunity to contribute to reducing reoffending by providing a positive learning experience and skill development for learners.
