Milton Keynes College Group is seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy People Services team on a 9 month FTC. This is a fast‑paced, varied role where you will support end‑to‑end recruitment activity across the College Group, including our campuses and prison education provision across England. This includes managing administration, compliance and candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of vacancies, so it’s essential you can prioritise effectively, adapt to shifting demands, and always understand the status of your roles. You’ll work both independently (when working from home) and collaboratively (on‑site), bringing energy, accountability and a solutions‑focused mindset. Strong relationship‑building skills are key — you’ll work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders across the organisation, delivering a high‑quality and responsive recruitment service.
