Job description

Are you passionate about your profession?

Would you like to share your knowledge with others?

Milton Keynes College have a great opportunity for you to get involved in tutoring students completing their Level 3 and Level 5 CIPD quals.

Our courses run using a hybrid approach – On the whole, delivering face to face classroom based sessions, with some sessions delivered remotely in real time. Classes currently run on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings (could be subject to change in future) – therefore the commitment would be 1 or 2 evenings per week (4 hours per evening), depending on your own experience.

For each of our courses there are 6 units and we recognise different tutors may have specific areas of expertise where they can add most value to the student’s learning experience (e.g. Resourcing Talent or Employee Engagement).

Our students are keen to learn, and they would welcome enthusiastic and knowledgeable tutors to help them on their journey. No previous teaching experience - don’t let this put you off… If you are passionate and have the ability to inspire and bring the profession to life for our students then we can help support you with training to help you achieve your full potential, just as we expect you to be able to help our students achieve theirs.
