Milton Keynes College Group are seeking innovative and engaging individuals with experience in the Uniformed Public Services sector to work with a diverse group of learners, helping to build their confidence, develop their skills and achieve. The ability to inspire and motivate students is essential; you will have good class management skills and the ability to keep students engaged and focused.
No previous teaching experience? Don’t let this put you off. If you are a passionate person with experience from the public services sector and the capacity to become a great teacher, we can provide the training to help you achieve your full potential, just as we expect you to help our students achieve theirs.
Requirements range from single/ad-hoc cover sessions to blocks of full-time cover – and anything in between. This could include teaching both our 16-19 year-old and HE students.
