We have an exciting new opportunity for a vocational lecturer at Mk College. The role involves delivery of Gateway Plastering, Carpentry, Bricklaying, and Painting & Decorating qualifications at Entry Level and Level 1. You will inspire learners, provide a positive learning experience, and support the vocational team. You will connect with students professionally, support their learning, help them achieve qualifications and develop confidence and softer skills for employment.
The average class consists of 18 students; lessons should be adaptable, innovative, and imaginative. Learners benefit from your hands‑on experience and gain the knowledge they need to enter the building trade in a safe, industry‑standard environment. We welcome candidates from the building and construction sector who are interested in starting a teaching career. No previous teaching experience is required; we can provide training to help you achieve your full potential. We expect you to help our learners achieve their goals.
