Milton Keynes College Group are looking to appoint an experienced and knowledgeable Lecturer to support a diverse and motivated group of learners with their Childcare qualifications, helping to develop their skills and achieve. We deliver Childcare from Level 1 to Level 3 and would be keen to hear from individuals who possess experience teaching in this sector already or experienced practitioners qualified to Level 3 or above.

As a Lecturer you will demonstrate the ability to deliver outstanding teaching and learning as well as support the course team leader with a destination focused experience that will enable our students to succeed in the ever-changing world of work. You will have industry experience and will deliver student success through effective curriculum and lesson planning which meets individual needs and is inspirational and innovative.

We are keen to hear from professionals within the Childcare industry who are keen to move into a career within teaching and have the industry knowledge to bring into a classroom setting. The ability to inspire and motivate students is essential, you will have good class management skills as well as the ability to keep students engaged and focused.

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic team player who shares our passion for success and is keen to contribute to the excellent delivery of Childcare qualifications to students who wish to move onto Higher Education or employment.

  • Salary Up to £31,500 per annum (Subject to experience)
