Milton Keynes College Group are looking to appoint an experienced and knowledgeable Practitioner/Lecturer to support a diverse and motivated group of learners with their Childcare and Health and Social Care qualifications. The role involves teaching from Level 1 to Level 3 and requires experience in the sector or a qualification to Level 3 or above.

As a Lecturer you will demonstrate the ability to deliver outstanding teaching and learning and support the course team leader with a destination focused experience that will enable our students to succeed in the ever‑changing world of work. You will have industry experience and deliver student success through effective curriculum and lesson planning that meets individual needs and is inspirational and innovative. We are keen to hear from professionals within the Childcare and Health and Social Care industry who are keen to move into a career within teaching and have the industry knowledge to bring into a classroom setting. The ability to inspire and motivate students is essential. You will have good class management skills and the ability to keep students engaged and focused. The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic team player who shares our passion for success and is keen to contribute to the excellent delivery of Childcare and Health and Social Care qualifications to students who wish to move onto Higher Education or employment.
