Perhaps you are an experienced Teaching Support Assistant looking for a change of setting or location? Perhaps you are an experienced teacher who would like to step back from leading the class but still help learners achieve? Perhaps you are looking for your first role in education?

As a Teaching Support Assistant within the Learning Support department, you will have an understanding of the additional needs of individuals and be able to support learners in achieving their potential, within their mainstream setting across a wide variety of subject areas.

The Learning Support team are committed to developing our students to achieve their highest potential through their chosen subject, whilst learning invaluable skills to support them in their future. You will work closely with the curriculum staff to ensure the best level of support and guidance for students and maintain effective assistance in the classroom.

We are keen to hear from people interested in TSA opportunities with us from September 2026. We would like to invite suitable candidates in to see the site and meet some of the team in June - date TBC (Invite only).
