We are looking for an experienced People Services Business Partner to join our collaborative and forward-thinking People Services Team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence practice, shape change and support colleagues across both our Campus and Prison Education provision.

You’ll be instrumental in providing an engaging and proactive HR service, covering areas such as employee relations, wellbeing, management development, policy and a wide range of other HR initiatives and projects. A requirement of the role is to travel to the Campuses based in Milton Keynes and Bletchley, and potentially to our Prison sites on occasion (with due notice).
