As the Deputy Head of School, your role will be dynamic, varied and highly rewarding working with employers, apprentices and curriculum teams. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the school. Working closely with your team and Head of School, you will look to develop a high-quality, innovative curriculum that meets the needs of employers and delivers high-quality outcomes for students.
We are looking for someone with skills and knowledge of the relevant curriculum area. You will use your knowledge and skills to drive forward an innovative, successful provision. Your core knowledge of the industry will enhance the learning experience for students to ensure that they can progress into their chosen career. It is important that you can support and encourage your colleagues so the ability to people manage and act as direct support for the Head of School is essential. You will be a self-motivated individual eager to develop and take on further responsibility.
