Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum (subject to experience)
Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Job Description
Milton Keynes College are looking to appoint knowledgeable and skilled staff to work with the young people enrolled in The Key. As Course Team Leader you will be accountable for the outcomes of a specific course within The Key. The Key will provide a discrete, low arousal environment that will remove barriers to learning and provide opportunities to gain success.
Students will benefit from your invaluable support, gaining the skills and knowledge they need to support progression. The role involves working collaboratively within the wider college team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the outcomes of a specific course within The Key.
- Work collaboratively within the wider college team in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the provision of a low arousal learning environment that removes barriers to learning.
Qualifications
- Experience in education and support sectors.
- Passion for providing opportunities to young people facing challenges engaging with education.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
