The Construction Team at Milton Keynes College is looking to appoint a knowledgeable and skilled painting and decorating professional to serve as Course Team Leader. As the Course Team Leader, you will work collaboratively within the wider team to deliver high quality training to students studying for a career in the Painting and Decorating trade. Your invaluable hands‑on experience will enable students to acquire the knowledge and confidence required to enter the construction industry. You will support students with their learning, helping them to succeed through qualifications and by developing softer skills that can be applied to employment.
We welcome candidates who are already working in education or those who have come from trade with the desire to share industry knowledge with bright and enthusiastic students. Formal teaching qualifications are not a requirement. If you are a passionate individual with the potential to become a great teacher we can provide the necessary training to help you reach your full potential.
