In preparation for the 2026/27 academic year, we have an opportunity within our business provision for a motivated full‑time Business Lecturer. The role involves delivering a range of programmes, including Gateway Level 2, T Level Foundation Year, OCR Level 3 Business, and T Level Management and Administration. The successful candidate will support learners to develop both technical business knowledge and work‑ready behaviours, and will contribute to the continued growth of the Business curriculum.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing industry knowledge to the classroom to support learners’ progression into employment, apprenticeships, or further study.
  • Developing learners’ essential skills for business career pathways.
  • Supporting the delivery of the business curriculum and contributing to program design.
  • Collaborating with a learner‑centred delivery team.

Required knowledge and experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business, ideally in HR and Finance, but experience in business support and administration, development, project/change management is also valued.
  • Experience teaching OCR Business and holding a recognised teaching qualification would be a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
