In preparation for the 2026/27 academic year, we have an opportunity within our business provision for a motivated full‑time Business Lecturer. We are particularly keen to hear from individuals with HR and Finance experience from industry, although experience in the wider business sector remains highly valued, including:

  • Business Support & Administration
  • Business Development
  • Human Resources
  • Finance & Accounting
  • Project / Change Management

This role offers the opportunity to bring real‑life, industry knowledge into the classroom, providing learners with practical and relevant insight into the commercial world. A key focus of the role is supporting learners to develop both technical business knowledge and work‑ready behaviours. Part of the role will also involve developing learners’ essential skills to support progression into employment, apprenticeships, or further study within the Business sector.

The successful candidate will join a motivated, learner‑centred delivery team, contributing to the delivery of Gateway Level 2, T Level Foundation Year, OCR Level 3 Business, and T Level Management and Administration programmes, while supporting the continued growth of the Business curriculum.

Qualifications: Experience teaching OCR Business and holding a recognised teaching qualification would be a strong advantage.
