Fixed Term Contract Until 31/7/27

Location: Milton Keynes – Chaffron Way Campus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (Subject to experience)

Be part of this exciting opportunity to join develop meaningful construction-based work experience opportunities for students at Milton Keynes College.

We are seeking an innovative and self-motivated person to help promote an exceptional student experience in relation to the employer facing elements of the student journey. You will be responsible for engaging with employers within the construction industry in sourcing and promoting high-quality work experience/industry placements for our students enrolled on a FT study program. You will work closely with students to ensure they are matched appropriately to placements and support them in preparing for interviews with employers, as well as tracking and monitoring against a set of KPI’s.
