We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced practitioner to lead the Careers & Futures team, and to lead and coordinate our student careers programme. As Careers Team Lead, you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of the College’s Careers Strategy. The role involves bringing to life this strategy through planning and implementing a meaningful careers programme for our students.
This will include liaising with both internal and external partners and coordinating the delivery of careers guidance and activities that meet the needs of our students. The College Careers Strategy aligns to the Gatsby Benchmarks and seeks to deliver a dynamic careers programme that enables all students to make informed decisions about their next steps.
You will be joining a passionate and forward‑thinking Student Services Team, supporting our students by giving them expert advice, guidance and experiences to successfully progress onto their chosen pathway.
