Job description
Milton Keynes College Group are looking for an Apprenticeship Recruitment Advisorto join their successful and busy apprenticeship team, assisting employers to attract the best talent to their roles.
As an Apprenticeship Recruitment Advisor, your role will be varied and highly rewarding.You will coordinate recruitment activities, manage applicant records through the CRM system, arrange interviews, and provide excellent customer service. You will build positive relationships with employers and applicants, offering Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to help individuals progress into apprenticeship opportunities. We are looking for an organised, proactive and personable individual who enjoys working with people, delivering a great customer experience and supporting others to achieve their goals.
This role would suit someone who enjoys administration, coordination and working with people. You may have experience in administration, customer service, recruitment support, student services or a similar role and be looking to develop your skills in Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG). Full training and support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about helping others achieve their career goals.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
