In this role, you will deliver City & Guilds Level 1 Painting & Decorating and CSCS, helping learners gain valuable skills and qualifications that can transform their futures.

Responsibilities
- Inspire and motivate learners by creating a positive and engaging learning environment
- Deliver high‑quality lessons that are adaptable, innovative, and practical
- Support learners in achieving their qualifications while building confidence and employability skills
- Work with small groups (average class size: 12 learners)
- Plan and deliver sessions tailored to meet diverse learner needs
This role may involve outreach work outside of the main classroom setting, supporting the vocational team as a whole. Learners will benefit from your invaluable hands‑on experience in a safe and industry‑standard environment.
