Milton Keynes College Group is looking to appoint an experienced and knowledgeable Lecturer to support a diverse and motivated group of learners with their Childcare qualifications. You will help develop their skills and achieve their goals. We deliver Childcare from Level 1 to Level 3 and welcome individuals who possess experience teaching in this sector or who are experienced practitioners qualified to Level 3 or above.
As a Lecturer you will demonstrate the ability to deliver outstanding teaching and learning and support the course team leader. Your experience in the industry will enable our students to succeed in the ever‑changing world of work. You will deliver student success through effective curriculum and lesson planning, tailored to individual needs and presented in an inspirational and innovative way.
You will inspire and motivate students, maintain good class management and keep students engaged and focused. You will be an enthusiastic team player who shares our passion for success and contributes to the excellent delivery of Childcare qualifications for students who wish to progress to higher education or employment.
