Milton Keynes College Group is seeking an inspirational FE leader, who will drive strategic initiatives that enhance the student experience. Ensuring the delivery of exceptional education across the College, your expertise will play a key part in fostering a culture of inclusivity, continuous improvement, and innovation. With a strong focus on quality assurance and improvement, you will champion the values of equality, diversity, and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

  • Drive our strong Quality Strategy and culture across all aspects of our provision including Study Programmes, Adult, Higher Education, Apprenticeships and Prison Services.
  • Drive and manage change, encourage innovation and creativity while continually developing outstanding practice.

Contract details

  • Salary: Circa £80,000 per annum (Subject to experience)
  • Contractual hours: 37.5 per week
  • Basis: Full time
  • Region: Central
  • Location: Milton Keynes (Flexibility to work remotely and onsite)
