Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a passionate individual with proven experience in supporting young people into employment.
- In this rewarding role, you will work closely with learners to understand their aspirations, build their confidence, and equip them with skills needed to find employment.
- Through one‑to‑one coaching, group workshops, and drop‑in sessions, you will provide expert guidance on CV writing, job searching, interview preparation, and workplace expectations.
- A natural communicator, you will also be skilled at finding and developing relationships with employers to support jobs fairs and events on campus.
- You will be joining a passionate and forward‑thinking Student Development Team, supporting our learners by giving them expert advice, guidance, and experiences to equip them for their next steps.
