Job Description

As a CTL in Construction, you will have a strong background in the industry, with proven knowledge/experience in areas such as design principles, surveying techniques, planning and regulation, and CAD/BIM software. Perhaps you have experience working as a Construction professional and would now love to develop into a teacher and share your knowledge – who better to teach our students than those who have worked directly in the industry! Roles such as architectural technologist, surveyor, construction project manager, or site engineer provide relevant and vital knowledge to bring to this teaching role. Students studying for a career in the industry will benefit from your invaluable hands-on experience and gain the knowledge they need to enter the construction industry while learning in a safe and industry-standard environment. As a successful Construction Teacher, you will inspire them and provide a positive learning experience. You will support their learning, enabling them to achieve success through not only qualifications, but also developing the confidence and softer skills they can apply to employment.

We are keen to hear from candidates working within the Education and/or Construction sectors, who want to share their industry knowledge with bright and enthusiastic students. No formal teaching qualifications? Don’t let this put you off. If you are a passionate person with the capacity to become a great teacher, we can provide the training to help you achieve your full potential.
