Do you want to be part of developing the future of the Motor Vehicle industry? MK College Motor Vehicle department has newly refurbished Workshop space with plentiful industry standard equipment and tooling, based at our Bletchley Campus.

As Programme Manager your role will be dynamic, varied and highly rewarding working with employers and curriculum teams. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Motor Vehicle provision, including line management of the team. Working closely with your team and Head of School, you will look to develop a high-quality innovative curriculum that meets the needs of employers and delivers high quality outcomes for students.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day operation of the Motor Vehicle provision
  • Line manage the teaching and support team
  • Collaborate with employers and curriculum teams to develop innovative curriculum
  • Ensure curriculum meets industry needs and delivers high quality student outcomes
  • Support and encourage colleagues, acting as direct support for the Head of School
  • Take on further responsibility as required

Qualifications

  • Skills and knowledge of the Motor Vehicle industry
  • Proven high quality teaching experience
  • Core knowledge of the industry to enhance the learning experience for students
  • People management ability and experience
  • Self‑motivated and eager to develop further responsibility
