Job description

IN SHORT

Milton Keynes College have an opportunity for a passionate Maths Lecturer who believes in the power of transforming lives through learning. If you can effectively engage with learners and can demonstrate Bullingdon. The role will involve teaching Functional Skills Maths from Entry level to Level 2.

A recognised teaching qualification (minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training) with experience is preferred. Many of the learners have a diverse range of needs and learning abilities, they will often have had a negative experience with education. As a successful tutor, you will truly inspire them and provide learners with a positive learning experience. You will not only help them to achieve qualifications, but also confidence and skills they can apply to employment upon release, or to other areas within education.

Milton Keynes College is passionate about reducing re-offending by providing learners with qualifications and skills that they can apply to employment whilst in custody and upon release.
