The Digital Technical Excellence College (Digital TEC) is central to positioning the College at the forefront of digital skills development, supporting economic growth and responding to rapidly evolving technologies including AI, cyber, data and digital infrastructure.

The Programme Director of Digital Technical Excellence will lead the strategic coordination and delivery of digital and technology skills locally, regionally and nationally, ensuring strong alignment between curriculum provision, employer demand and emerging skills priorities.

The role will drive an employer-led approach to digital skills development, ensuring provision is agile, scalable and aligned to priority areas including cyber security, artificial intelligence, data analytics, software development and digital technologies.
