Job Description
As a continuous improvement partner, you will be required to methodically define as-is processes and identify areas for improvement. You will define new solutions, modify, enhance or adapt existing processes, and identify areas for integration to bring about efficiencies and strive for operational excellence. This role involves working collaboratively within and across college teams to implement innovative solutions aimed at achieving operational excellence. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a passion for continuous improvement.
