Do you want to be part of developing the future of the Motor Vehicle industry? Milton Keynes College have an exciting opportunity for a Motor Vehicle Teacher/Course Team Leader (CTL) to join the team. You will be responsible for delivering creative and innovative sessions to students pursuing a career within Motor Vehicle. These lessons take place both inside our classrooms and newly refurbished Workshop space with plentiful industry standard equipment and tooling.

Students studying for a career in Motor Vehicle will benefit from your invaluable hands-on experience and knowledge – Who better to teach our learners than those who have worked directly in the industry! MK College is focused on developing our digital teaching platforms and working with industry to form partnerships and provide learning experiences to ensure students have personal, technical, and practical skills required to gain employment within industry.

We are proud to be able to support students with personal development skills, and nurture individuals to be the best they can be and gain their intended career outcomes. No previous teaching experience? Don’t let this put you off… Perhaps you have experience coaching or mentoring apprentices. If you are a passionate person with appropriate trade qualifications/skills and the capacity to become a great teacher we can provide the training to help you achieve your full potential, just as we expect you to be able to help our students achieve theirs.

Minimum requirement - you should hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
