We’re recruiting a Team Manager – Contextual Safeguarding to join our Children and Families service at Milton Keynes City Council.

Location: Milton Keynes City Council. This is a Site‑Based role and you’ll be expected to work from the designated workplace.

You’ll lead a dedicated team working with children and young people who are at risk of exploitation, serious youth violence, and other complex safeguarding concerns.

This is a rewarding leadership role where you’ll shape how we respond to risk, improve outcomes, and support children to live safely within their families and communities wherever possible.

Milton Keynes City Council is a unitary authority delivering over 200 services to local residents, working closely with partners across health, education, and the community to make a lasting difference.
