We're recruiting a Senior Analyst to join our Adults and Children's Performance and Insights team.

Your work will help services understand performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions that improve outcomes for children, young people, families, and adults across our communities.

The Adults and Children's Performance and Insights team plays a vital role in helping Milton Keynes City Council understand how services are performing, supporting evidence-based decision-making, service improvement, and statutory accountability.

Working closely with Adult Social Care and Children's Services, the team transforms complex information into clear and meaningful insight that supports better services and better outcomes for local people.

As a Senior Analyst, you'll play a key role in providing accurate, timely intelligence that helps managers and senior leaders make informed decisions.

Working in a collaborative and supportive environment, you'll contribute to high-quality reporting, statutory returns, business intelligence, and evidence-based service development.

This version keeps the manager's stronger candidate-focused hook whilst retaining the substance and purpose from your original advert.

This role may be suitable for home working, following an assessment.

Home-based roles require a minimum of one day per week working from the office or site.
