We’re recruiting a Support and Resources Administration Officer to join our Revenues and Benefits team at Milton Keynes City Council. You’ll play an important role in supporting colleagues and customers by providing efficient, accurate and customer‑focused administrative support across Revenues and Benefits services. This role particularly supports vulnerable customers, including people applying for Blue Badges and concessionary bus passes. You’ll ensure applications are handled sensitively, fairly and in line with legislation, helping people access essential support as quickly as possible. You’ll also support the team by scanning, verifying and indexing documents accurately, helping colleagues access the right information quickly and ensuring customer records are complete and up to date.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient, accurate and customer‑focused administrative support across Revenues and Benefits services.
  • Support vulnerable customers, including those applying for Blue Badges and concessionary bus passes, ensuring applications are handled sensitively, fairly and in line with legislation.
