We’re recruiting two Sheltered Housing Team Leaders to join our Housing Operations team at Milton Keynes City Council. Our Sheltered Housing service provides a dedicated, customer‑focused offer that supports older and vulnerable residents to live independently, safely, and with dignity across our sheltered schemes. Working closely with colleagues and partner agencies, we help residents manage their tenancies, access support, and maintain their wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading day‑to‑day operations across multiple schemes.
- You’ll guide and support a team of sheltered housing colleagues, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality service that meets residents’ needs and keeps safety, compliance, and wellbeing at its heart.
