We’re recruiting a Private Sector Housing and Enforcement Officer to join our dedicated team at Milton Keynes City Council. The role directly improves housing standards and protects residents across our city.
Responsibilities
- Inspect properties for hazards.
- Take enforcement action against landlords and property owners to rectify poor housing standards.
- License houses in multiple occupation.
- Investigate housing conditions, enforce legislation, and work with partners to achieve safe and compliant housing across Milton Keynes.
Additional Information
- Can be home‑working following assessment; requires minimum one day a week from office or site.
- Interviews are scheduled for 11‑13 August.
