Our Housing Maintenance and Investment team plays a vital role in ensuring our 11,000+ properties are safe, well maintained, and provide quality homes for residents across Milton Keynes. We deliver repairs, improvements, and construction projects that make a real difference to people’s lives.
As the Lead Surveyor, you will have detailed knowledge and experience of damp and mould management, including an understanding of Awaab’s Law. You will lead on housing safety management (HHSRS) and compliance, providing expert technical advice, managing complex cases, and overseeing contractor performance to ensure consistently high standards.
This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional with strong technical expertise and leadership skills who is committed to improving the safety and quality of our housing stock. This is a site-based role.
