Responsibilities

  • Provide third line technical support and take ownership of key infrastructure systems, helping to maintain the server and desktop environment.
  • Your work will underpin the day‑to‑day activities of ICT users across the council, ensuring systems are secure, resilient and performing well.

This role may be suitable for home working, following an assessment. Home‑based roles require a minimum of one day per week working from the office or site.
