Milton Keynes City Council is seeking a Housing Works Supervisor to oversee compliance works and services addressing Awaab’s Law, damp and mould, and wider Health and Safety hazards in residents' homes.
You will ensure works meet quality standards, deadlines and budgets, monitor contractor performance, and provide on-site technical support while maintaining strict timescales for identifying and escalating hazards.
