You will help adults with dementia, learning disabilities and complex health needs live with dignity and meaning, across the community and in people’s homes. This is a site-based role with flexible patterns to meet client needs.
This role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle; you may be asked to provide evidence of your licence and business-use insurance.
